yeah i have been through that , although very helpful and thorough that has the new front cover and assemblies , where mine has the older one and if i can reuse it it will save me 1500 on the upgrade kitI have the instructions there if you're morbidly curious but they were also transformed into a whole picture heavy thread walking one through an install;
How To: Fit TTS Supercharger Kit (photo heavy)
When installing this kit a few years ago on my bike, it occurred to me that the TTS instructions that come with the kit are a bit out-dated, and completely missing the stage 2 bits (intercooler and smaller radiator), hydraulic clutch and supercharger oil circuit installation instructions. Good luck!
suppose i may have not been totally clear i have taken off the old tts kit as the engine failed and i wanna refit it to a new engine , if i can refit the old parts it would save me having to buy the latest version with a different front cover . and the video from r 111 r turbo shows the new front cover assembly not the old one, and i could do with the instructions for the drilling the crank part . tts no longer have parts for the old kit so a upgrade to a new front cover would be needed
ah ok i was made to believe the threads were different , but no i dont have the guides or the drills , so with those i could quite easily refit the the original kit to the new engine. although reading the above does number 6 i believe refer to the newer front cover like the one fitted to your bike , as the old kit uses the original triumph front cover.Well drilling the crank is the same whether new or old front engine cover.
That thread has an extensive, in depth section on that.
Do you have the drill bits, taps and guides?
They're what you really need
