Should be zero at fully closed on Tuneecu right? Currently reading 2% at closed and 98% at WOT.

to get 0 and 100, you have to manually get it from cable, push pull cable, and the throttle linkage stop may need to be sanded to get to 100. Most would probably let 2 and 98 be ok.

Thank you, currently putting extended cables on so I'll see if I can do that without further dismantling. Actually, can't I just turn the TPS till it reads zero then lock it down?

You should have 0% when throttle fully closed
First check you have free play on throttle cables as per the manual.
If still not zero then a TPS / ISCV reset is needed.
If that doesn't sort it then may be time for a new primary TPS.

You may only get 0 to 92 or 93% throttle using the grip.
But should get up to 100% by rolling the cam on to the stop, as the grip doesn't let you go full
