same here Lupe with my 06..got samco hoses in the garage..just haven't done it yet..guess it's time for them and new fluid..

Having read and commented on this post I went and checked the hoses on my 2007 standard. They are certainly showing a few signs of age. Now after the last debacle and the problems I caused by 'touching things' I don't fully understand, I'm not sure I should attempt changing the hoses. I've ordered a set anyway because it makes good sense... Beware of another thread in a couple of weeks pleading for assistance due to incompetence

I really want the samco blaze or viper red hoses, but hate buying red items as color variation is a b!tch. Thinking I might just go black.
