One of those WTF moments....

..... after putting the bike up on the lift i could see under it alot better and found that there are two plastic pins on the switch that push into the housing, I did that and its all good again albeit a bit loose. Gonna put a touch of glue on it..whew!..must have hit it with the small brush i was using to wash around those fiddly bits....you can all relax now thanx. lol.

Please never try to clkean your controls with the exception of using contact cleaner or Brakleen! I recommend you wrap each control module with plastic wrap before washing and certainly NEVER brush them!

Im not brushing the controls...im cleaning the bike...i just knocked the clutch switch with the soft brush...i might be cabbage looking but i aint as green as one!.

Not entirely on your subject, but when parked outside (rarely) and it rains a lot, whenever I go for a put afterwards, my horn honks every time I pull in the clutch!?!?!?
When last down in TX it got many laughs and @Son_Of_Dog said it was kewl 'cause he could hear every time I shifted gears.
Never in all the years I been riding motor have I experienced this. Gotta love those limeys!

Many years ago when I was younger and more flexible, I purposely wired my chums horn in his auto to his brake lights as a prank on his honeymoon... Picture the 2 newlyweds blasting the horn at every intersection.... priceless

Very good!!...i wonder if when his horn was on..his brakes came on??...not good on your honeymoon!...
