So I am going down to pick up the beast Monday from the shop but have decided to probably have the new exhaust ceramic-coated (based on the quote they give me) which means I will be running stock exhaust to bring 'er home.

I was looking at all the 3x K&N, No Secondaries tunes with TORS, but they are all with Cat-Delete. My stock exhaust was TORS but with the cat-box. Will the cat-deleted tunes work fine? It's only temporary, like long enough to get the bike 40-60 miles along.

Thanks.

U should be fine mate especially only going that short distance but i doubt it would be a problem anyway:cool:

It may just run a little rich and I would definitely get the ceramic coating bear in mind that unfortunitly it will dull a bit after a while but the heat shield if you are getting them made will not dull. Heat shields are highly recommended if you don't want second degree burn will sitting at traffic lights, just a thought before getting the coating done otherwise you will be look at doing it all again. The ceramic coat reduces the radiant heat a little but not enought to prevent burns. I recently rode my bike without the heat shield just 5 miles to get my recent highly successfully collector mode and had to stop at a set of lights and had to hold my leg well out to avoid radiant heat burn thru my jeans Sam made our (mitch and i have the same headers) heat shields double layer and I now see why man the header still puts out a lot heat thru the ceramic coating

Going to Ceramic-Coat and then wrap .
