I wouldn’t the kn is red and tacky the ram oil is wash dry soak new oil the ring it out.

I use UNI on mine, by the looks of it (trapped dirt) its working good.

Don't do it! The Ramair material will break down. Only use the correct polymer fluid.

Best check often your intake often because the filter is not foam.

I've been using an aftermarket cleaner and spray oil on my Ramair for several years now also.... No deterioration of the foam.

When you do get around to cleaning the Ramair filter, don't forget to clean/oil the foam crankcase breather/filter also. Just did mine and it was pretty filthy. I have mine on an extension hose so it sits slightly above the valve cover at the rear of the engine.
