Instead of all this running around and attempt #3, wouldn't it be quicker and easier to make a phone call to the nearest dealer, have them pick it up and fix it under warranty? Then contact Triumph Australia and ask that they include the cost of transporting it (there's a good chance they would). On top of having it done for free, and properly, you still get to eat the pineapple without needing to extract it first.
They are going to be knts and not honor the warranty because i have mods they wont like and ive never taken it in for a sevice because they are like i said a bunch of knts
I've had my valve cover off about four times now. Put a teensee little bit of RTV silicone on the "D" sections. Nothing anywhere else. It's a 2005 and as far as I know the original gasket. Is it one particular set of holes that is leaking oil ?
Why did you change the cover gasket in the first place ? It sounds like something is keeping the cover from setting down evenly on the gasket. Or the cover is warped. If you take it off again you could set it on a piece of glass and see if it sits flat and also if the circular parts that seal the plug holes are touching the glass like they should.

Funny thing is the gasket let go after the bike landed on the left had side from falling off the side stand , it was on the grass so there were no marks on the cover, im just wondering up the fall has warped the cover ?
I called the shop i bought it off, they are being a bunch of dicks as expected , not covered by warranty due to Mods and not getting any services done there , i said im ok with that i just want it fixed im happy to pay give me a price to fit it , he wouldnt commit to giving me a price whatsoever , i said isnt it a standard thing to fit the gasket, no he wants to see the bike 1st blah blah blah. So then i asked if he will pick it up, yes but i need to be there to help push it on the trailer !!!! Whats the fkn use of that , i work 100klm away ffs , never met a bigger biunch of Knts in my life i'll never let any of my mates go there to buy a bike.
