have you still got original air plumbing if so dont worry as they not dangerously out but once you remove the plumbing you can get them near to spot on mine always seems to be 10 out on one of them, at the Dealer they will put their Triumph tool on it and it would probably tell you they are with in range,
don't buy the manual there is someone that has a link to download it but not sure if it covers the Roadster, cant remember which model you have now at this minute, the screws are still a pain to get to even after all the plastic crap is out of the way but at least you can get to them

I uploaded the latest tuneecu, and now pc won't connect. The indicator won't go green. Could that be a driver problem?

Likely...I hadn't used it in awhile and updated tuneecu but not drivers. Same thing. Quick driver update and back on track.
