I'm planning to go to the Barber vintage festival which is the weekend of the 9-11th. Now to see if I can wangle it into a full on RAA meet up to boot. One of my Norton's will be going down as well as the Rocket and considering how late in the year it is I guess there will be a trailer involved.

So the base meal item Saturday night will be real baby back pork ribs, smoked with a combination of hickory and apple wood. I'll work on the remainder. Gorganzola tater salad ? The food wheels are turnin.
