No Power At All

we will see how this goes and i think that this approach will work
remove left pannier and we will be messing with the engine management relay should be the center/middle
remove relay then in the connector take a short wire and put two blade terminals amd cross #30 to #87 (if you need more info i can do)
i am going to guess (with yourproblems) that this will be like the bike is ready to start.
if this works then the problem is going to be around the ign bypass then we can work in that direction.
that battery with the post that is up looks shot.
any questions just sing out.

Sorry, I got sick last week and have been playing catch-up. These are the leads that go from the wireless relay to the ignition harness. They show battery voltage across them. If I short them, the headlights come on, but nothing else happens. I'm going to try the relay bypass you recommended right now.

So I jumpered that middle relay from 30 to 87 and something on top of the motor started clicking, which was pretty cool after all this time. No clock sweep or anything like that, but still more than nothing. This was without the wireless relay being connected. I pulled off the jumper and reconnected the WR. I clicked it on from the fob, reconnected that jumper, and now I get nothing again. The tank is still off the bike, so I'm not sure if the pump being unplugged would have anything to do with it.

Also, I'm testing this with the brand new battery from my R3C.

i am sort of going toward a bad wireless remote because the one you have is rated for 20 amps (the info that i got) and that seems low for the rocket.

Ian had ordered a 2-pack, so I tried the other one with the same results. These are the exact same WRs I've been using in my rocket for about 9 or 10 years now. I have had to replace mine once in that time.
