Yeah I have an early one fitted on my 2010 ABS Roadster and another later, 3rd edition I think, in the box that I picked up a year or two ago. Was used for about 1500 mile apparently before he sold the bike.
Air Postage from Australia is fairly cheap, probably Au$35-40 (US$23-30)

What year and model rocket do you have?

2006 Rocket roadster - so he means a 'Standard dual headlight 3 pipe Rocket III' I imagine, Roadsters are all the later version with ABS 2010 on or 2011 in USA.
