Hello Jose, Welcome from Huntsville Alabama, The Rocket City! I am a new owner of a 2007 R3 and I am lovin it more everyday. Our buddy HansO has graced me with a ECU tune today for my stock Classic and I still can't believe the changes in the bike. I could never do this with my other bikes and the time and effort was minimal for a modest gain in performance. I am sold out on this fantastic bike!

Since I am on this subject, I want to brag on HansO for my first ECU tune. He lives on the other side of the world from me and has just met me on this forum recently. I want to thank him for the kind offer to send me the tune for my bike. He is an awesome contributor to this forum as well as a philanthropist of his time, knowledge and encouragement to others. I am probably not the first to say this about him but it needs to be said. Also there are many other captains on this forum that have made me feel welcome and always willing to help their compatriots as well. So, IMO, this forum is as much enjoyment to me as the bike and makes valid my choice to fly the R3 and share it with you guys...including our new friend Jose! You made a great choice Jose and found the right place to mesh with your fellow riders.

....and you guys thought I was insensitive!

1olbull, the difference between brazilian portuguese and european portuguese it's more or less like the difference between US english and british english... It's not absolutely the same, but its very close.

Blimey and gratitude for the dope.

Welcome from Maine, USA, still snow and cold:( All will change soon though, when it came time for me to decide, there was no wondering. I've considered a Rocket for years, loved my Bonnie though and made large changes to her engine to 994cc and multiple other goodies. Very strong motor now, but mostly above 3500 rpms, fun ride. But when I thought about a new bike, my mind went immediately back to the rocket. Went and sat on one, drove it around the parking lot and she went so easily at low speeds it was effortless. Great balence, felt absolutely at home in the seat. Need to wait a few more weeks before I can get my Rocket out on the road, so I'm making changes to my likeing. I also want to include that I have met MANY good guys already on this forum, including the old goat above^^^^
