FIXED. White and blue wire at relay socket had a worn spot in insulation. Apparently after removing and checking everything the worn spot was up against the frame. splice a little extra wiring in and soldered it all. Covered with heat wrap and electrical tape. Also had a piece of electrical protective coating and spliced that so i could fit it over all the wires leading off of the relays. Thank you @DEcosse . A weeks worth of trouble shooting and it is finally done. Lights work, Fuel pump works.
i THINK what he said was the 4 pin connector i was just assuming he was referring to the fuel pump relay connector (from memory that is a 5 pin with only 4 used?)
Thank you everybody for your help and support. Special thanks to @DEcosse . Somehow through out the process i now have the bars showing on the fuel gauge. First time in a long time for that.
O.k., @sonny , with your newfound confidence, go on the DynoJet web site and hunt up a tuner who will work with you in his shop and Nev remotely, and get the bike you deserve.
Also Sonny you accomplished all this sober amazing what a clearly thinking brain can do, well done my good man like every other blue blooded male on here I like happy endings.
Gatorade is good stuff. Found out actually temperature yesterday for our area was 115 degrees with heat index. Feel like Shi5 today. Having a few beers now and need to go out and get bike back together. Covers plastic stuff and so on. Hard stuff is done and so i'm I
