FIXED. White and blue wire at relay socket had a worn spot in insulation. Apparently after removing and checking everything the worn spot was up against the frame. splice a little extra wiring in and soldered it all. Covered with heat wrap and electrical tape. Also had a piece of electrical protective coating and spliced that so i could fit it over all the wires leading off of the relays. Thank you @DEcosse . A weeks worth of trouble shooting and it is finally done. Lights work, Fuel pump works.

Was referring to connection under tank. No at relay it is a four pin not five on a 2015. Either way the Fuc9ing thing is fixed.

Thank you everybody for your help and support. Special thanks to @DEcosse . Somehow through out the process i now have the bars showing on the fuel gauge. First time in a long time for that.

No thank you. This has been a nightmare. Don't mind turning a wrench but this electrical stuff is beyond my two celled brain.
