Welcome from West Michigan ! Don't think loctite will work on exhaust. Even the "non-removable" stuff can be freed with heat.

Welcome to the forum, I haven't had an issues with this myself. Since yours is new maybe they missed a lock washer or something. If your close to where you bought it I'd make them deal with it.

Most Cyanoacrylates degrade at 80°C - so are plain useless for exhausts.
