For performance upgrades, Bob Carpenter (Carpenter Racing) does fine work near Berlin, in South Jersey.

Exit 4 or 12 off Rt 80 Near Del Water Gap

Passed through Long Valley last week, was bored and was trying out a new road.

Hello, I am new to modern Triumphs, I had many of the older ones from the 60-70's. At present time I have a BMW K1200RS and a 2008 Rocket III Touring. I had been a Harley rider since I was a kid and started with a 1947 Knucklehead and worked my way through Panheads, Shovelheads, and Evos.

I was a Harley Mechanic and former instructor at Motorcycle Mechanics Inst. in Orlando Florida. I received training from American Motorcycle Inst. in Daytona Beach Florida. I stopped at the Evo level as I did not like the way the new ones are built. (From a rebuilders point of view) They are not bad bikes it's just they all look the same with add on parts.

The Rocket has woke me up as it is different, a 2300cc 3 cylinder torque producing monster. I am looking at learning how to hop these up. I know about the re mapping to gain about 30hp and I am looking for ways to open up the exhaust side as the Touring is very restrictive.

I am tempted to move to the Darkside and maybe in the future a sidecar for fun.
