new lift table and... rat

yeah!! but there was a fire before this lift got purchased by the insurance money and this fire was a rather painful experience ..I 'd rather upgrade the hard way

as for the rat I think my wife did it with the riding mower i say that because we have lots of small red squirrels around and never found one dead ..yet so i do not think we have minks around..

got the lift table ordered , received and installed it is naturally built in china but it is very sturdy and very heavy. included in the price was a service jack , a ramp,a front wheel hold and a sliding rear panel for wheel removal . I purchased the two extensions for comfort in riding up on the table and there are also two approach ramps with the extension just so an ATV can also be worked on. all that for $1400 cad. importer is jericho from port coquitlam in BC . I do not get commission but I feel it is a good product and raisonnably priced, just in case someone looks for an air operated lift.

on another subject I found this carcass in the grass I believe it is a rat however the interesting fact is that whatever killed it ate the head and front legs on the spot leaving the soft belly intact anybody has an idea as to what kind of predator would do such a thing ?

I bought the harbor freight lift for $299.00, lifts the Rocket quite nicely

Lovely lift . As mentioned , only wish I had the room too . I used to have similar but had to get rid of it as it filled the garage up .
As for the rat , you havent had @Steel visiting have you ? ;)

It would be BBQ'ed Cajun style and gone by now if @Steel was there. Lots of places in the world eat rats every day - sold on the stick bbq'ed in the street in many Asian countries. Yum!

Shame - They make excellent winter underwear lining ------ I'm told.
If ya want to try some out just holler I have quite a few mink pelts and coats etc. I am planning to make a bedspread out them someday when I live in my dream rural shed without heating.

Its alright I have enough and wouldn't want your panty liners back;):p:D
