New law for passenger vehicles :/

You have to love OKLAHOMA. It's about as corrupt a state you will ever find. We don't have vehicle inspection and we don't vote for a democrat president
Sadly, we are one of the last states on everything, including education, did you see that teacher in Tulsa panhandling to be able to buy school supplies? did you see the bridge that collapsed under that car last week? To mention just a few, thats it, im going to start voting democrat to see if that changes something

Not really. The fishing is great. Where else can you ride home from work and practice your riding skills by dodging four deer and three coyotes all in one 57 mile stretch of highway. Last night coming home I was sure glad I spent the money on those fancy lights. (LIFESAVER)

What about all the buggies carrying yodelling folk you must be dodging Road tax should be cheap but I understand the equivalent still operating Amish ones in Pennsylvania or wherever cost a fortune.

Our mind's views of a place are often set by our earliest associations.

Strangely mine of Oklahoma is always my parents' record album cover that was in the lounge room next to the record player as long as I could remember in as many as 14 houses they lived in all over the world prior to their own home being burnt down in 2003.

Mum and dad never quite made it to the Rock and Roll era in musical appreciation or taste

I should dig up another one for Dad's 88th birthday this month.

We had bridge here in town collapse after a fire truck drove over it. LOL

I should dig up another one for Dad's 88th birthday this month.

I checked first and he has already replaced that and most of their small record collection of Musicals, Burt Bacharach and James Last Orchestra compilations etc since while spending 100's of hours each year for 14 years volunteering sorting donated books and records etc for the annual Book Fest run for charity by Rotary.

Oh well back to hearing aid batteries and hankies or more likely a cheque and card as usual so he can indulge in his vintage electronics and buy more tools, equipment etc for me to inherit and find homes for unless my lifestyle plan works out and I croak before his 107 goal is reached! The old bugger will get there too with his thrice weekly Gym sessions and hill walks.

He has just left for his annual 1.5 hour eye check for his driver's licence as his macular degeneration is progressing and he just passed last year. Hopefully he will pass or it is an electric trike/bike for him and lots of chauffeuring for me in coming years.

Thanks be, I can leave my chauffeurs hat in the closet for another year

But cannot say I am a keen passenger and thankfully do not share the road too often!
