New guy here with TTS Supercharger questions

Welcome Justin, you're brave to tackle it yourself, you couldn't have come to a better place for help, welcome from Maine

Todays update.. the original instructions said there was a supplied stud along with a nut that goes on the crank pulley... they have since changed that and supplied a bolt and a washer which is great other than the fact that the head of the bolt sticks out so far you cannot install the belt guard because it rubs against it.. fantastic !!

The belt cover should fit tight without a gap...Are you sure that the crankshaft pulley is fully home on the shaft.

Today's update... I emailed TTS and they said they have a Rocket in the shop that's getting the new bolt and they would take a look at that one and get back with me...they didn't as usual. I knew I had it on correct, but I removed everything anyway just to triple check and I indeed had it correct and the bolt sticks out too far.. I also found out yesterday that the two bottom threads on the new engine cover were not drilled/tapped deep enough so they bottomed out before pulling the pump tight so I went to the hardware store and got some stainless washers to fill the gap.

Richard sent me a Tuneecu map for my PC....I am not 100% sure if Tuneecu is available for PC use.

Perhaps someone that knows for sure can reply.
