New guy here with TTS Supercharger questions

The instructions say to cut the tab off, but (my understanding of) this was the one I've marked with a red X below, turned out i needed that tab so welded it back on after, and powdercoated.

For the TTS covers you can get a length of o-ring locally;

Looks like you've a more up-to-date pulley than mine, although it looks the same just with a flanged collar around it. How is that collar fitted? can you slide/press it outward so the inside part (that you bolt to the front cover) is slightly proud?

Didn't think there was space between the belt and the engine front cover for that flange but,,

If you didn't get a pin spanner or have a suitable one e.g. for angle grinder, you can put a jack underneath the tensioner too to turn it up

Your tensioner is different from his.

Thanks so much. Pictures help a lot !!

I wondered if it's the wrong pulley. The bearing is seated evenly in the middle so I don't know.
Could be, could also be he is changing pulleys. Since he makes multiple kits for multiple bike and cars I'd give Richard a call or message him and send a picture. Depending on the other two pulleys are ribbed the must be in line. The tensioner runs on the smooth side of the belt so alignment is much easier and less critical. You flange has to clear the cover amd not run on the side of the belt.

Just thought i would upload a couple of photos of the adjuster pulley supplied with my TTS kit.

Thanks, pictures do help. I'm going to try a straight edge lacrosse the two pulleys then use a couple of washers and shims to match the depth, throw some Loctite on there and hope for the best.
