tdragger, The shop in Yorktown is Redline Performance Motorsport. Been there, done that years back with my Honda(one time), and I'm not going back. D&D Import Cycle had to fix what was wrong with my Honda after I left there. That is all I have to say about that. I'm heading out of the area for parts/service after seven years due to what appears to be a personal conflict that I'm not even really sure what it is, but it is what it is and I can spend my dime anywhere I want that I can get great service.

The greater chicago suburbs have been blessed with two new dealers, 1 in the corner of woodstock harley in woodstock, the other in St Charles also in the end of the Harley dealer. I have rode out to both and they are seperately owned independant of harley. Go Triumph.
