Hello friends, I've installed the A9820200 bluetooth module, and I have a Sena 50s, I'm having trouble using the volume control using the joystick, any help is appreciated.

FWIW, different models of headsets, phones etc all manifest different "issues". I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, a Sena 10U built into my Shoei GT Air helmet and also got a GoPro working. I filmed my results in setting it up on my YouTube at Rocket 3R Ride Tech but in summary:
  1. I had to clear all the pairings between the Sena, Phone, Bike and my GoPro 8 and start again.
  2. I had to pair to the bike in a particular order - Headset first, then phone, then GoPro.
  3. I did not then add another pairing from my phone to the Sena, so if I want to configure anything on the Sena, I can't use the mobile app I use the PC app.
But as mentioned when you are doing this, YMMV depending what kit you have. Also, be prepared to read post after post here about how cr*p the BT module is and how big a fool you are for getting it, but it does exactly what it says on the tin if you get it right...

I managed to get everything to work, only the sound volume adjustment is too low using the Joystick

yes mate, adjusting the sound using the cell phone is very good! now using the joystick is not so good, the bad thing is stopping the bike to make the adjustment.

Have you tried turning your phone volume all the way up?
it's not very good to stop the bike and use the phone with gloves on, i didn't want to install the phone on the handlebars, the bike's display is bad for navigation! it's similar to the beeline, i'm not very happy i bought this bluetooth module, just using the phone + sena 50s is better!

Sorry about the bluetooth module.I went a different route asI have Sena as well with a Zumo XT from another bike. I added the Lamonster mount which places it perfectly above the TFT display. I did mount the phone to the bars as well and pleased with the setup.

You need to zoom in a little to see the Lamonster mounted ZUMO XT2 and QuadLock Qi Charger but it works so well...

And yes, I did a few laps around the parking lot at HD HQ while my wife parked her bike.

The man says "Oh you don't ride a Harley?"
I say "No, my wife rides a Harley. I ride a big-boy bike!"

Lamonster nice. Thanks Gadget_HO, connect headset to bike then phone. Only tried GoPro once no success yet, probably because I don't know much about GoPro.
phone answer or decline works great, music (playing apple radio) works great pause play skip and volume. A couple of Britts coming over in April for a threesome. A little concerned as to whether or not I will be able to intercom us via Sena app. Seems to me, once bike is bluetooth host, connecting phone to Sena app, things get weird. Lamonster,ll sitting behind Madstad is gonna work well for multiple day long trips. I will. be removing Lamonster, Madstad and Panniers (love the disappearing pannier brackets) when not riding distances. Bike is gorgeous without all of that highway gear. With connectivity module, phone in pocket works great for day rides. I am loaning my 2016 Roadster to my British mates son. Never met him but claims to be experienced rider. I guess I should be more worried about that as opposed to music in my ears.
