Anyone running a Mccruise electronic cruise control unit? If so, do you like it? Reliability? Durability? Fit & Finish? I am looking at putting one on the '09. Thanks for the info

@Joesmoe has one I believe. I'm thinking about it too, but it's at least a thousand euros, which stings.

Yes I am I love it fit was ez Finnish looks like it came on the bike the one I have I got for the other bike it made it throw the crash I took it off and but it on the new bike and it still works great I can't say enough about the guys that make it had a small very small set up issue they called me on there dime to walk me throw the set up and it was good to go plan on about 4 or 5 hours to do it just because it will be your first time if you have the air intake crap all off it is easyer to do but yes I would highly recommend it most guys just don't want to drop the coin on it but it is so worth it you can not put it into words

Concur with Watcher. I put my first one on a 2004 Honda ST1300, and worked so well, I knew I couldn't be without it on the Rocket.

Just before I made the decision to sell the ST1300, the by-then ten-year-old McCruise unit quit working. There were a number of calls back and forth to get it working again, needed a part and he had one available in South Carolina of all places, and got it running.

Installation is fully supported, with a multi-page installation guide, written in English, and abundantly illustrated with photos of the installation on THE bike. And given the Rocket's available power, in responds "effortlessly" to the cruise control's commands making for a smooth ride and luxury of stretching both wrists. In addition the installation guide, there is a hefty operating guide complete with ample trouble-shooting. Truly professional. Worth every penny, if you have the pennies.
