Hey guys. I currently have the TORS on my bike with the cat box. I have a PCIII ready to install. I was wondering if anyone had a good map for this setup. Stock filter. This is temporary as I will eventually be getting a new exhaust and doing the triple filter mod. But until then I just want a smooth map that I can install without having to get dynoed.

Thanks guy

Tim

Their website has tunes available for download, I used their "D&D's w/triple K&N" tune (the shop I bought it from was kind enough to pre-install the tune before they shipped it to me) just prior to and after doing the triple filter mod until it was dyno tuned professionally at a later date. That canned tune worked very well for me, bike ran good and had smooth operation, was just a bit rich and puffed a little black smoke until the triple filters were installed but ran well.

Shop the website and try to match up what you've done to what's listed. Any aftermarket pipes they list will be comparable to your TOR's, just make sure that it takes into account your triple K&N's by listing some type of filter mod. If in doubt always opt for one that would be richer than you need rather than lean.
You have the triples so that one I was talking about above would probably be your best bet.
Using their canned tunes is better than nothing and will do a decent job for you until you finish what mods you have planned and finally get that professional dyno tune. Just don't think the bike is running good and a dyno tune isn't necessary when all is done, getting it tweeked to your individual bike is well worth the cost.

Benelli did you remove the secondary throttle plates as well?

If you are using a PCIII absolutely take out the plates. Tuneboy lets you just program them to stay open but the PCIII doesn't control those .... just as easy to take em out when installing the triples and the throttle response gets much better. That canned tune for D&D's is plenty rich enough to accommodate TOR's, Triples and missing plates. If you add a GiPro to that combination, it's exactly what I'm running myself (along with a good dyno tune of course).

That setup should easily put you in the 150 range for HP and torque at the wheel, adding a GiPro wakes up first gear and will scare the **** out of you the first time you yank on the throttle.

Thanks guys. Im gonna use the triumph off road pipes with stock filter map. I think this is what I have. Im a bit confused on the pipes that I have on my bike. Bought it used, and I know that they arent stock. But its still 2 on one side and 1 on the other. But a good amount louder than stock. TORS are the off road pipes right? Im only familiar with the D &d's and the Jardine systems.

Triumph off road parts will have a printed disclaimer on the underside of each muffler stating that they are for off road use only. Look for that to determine if they are TOR's.
