Maggie valley June 2019

The snow is receding but not gone. Sun is out. Brisket smokin time. Gotta stay in shape you know. I would suggest that this may be the main meat course in Mag. When I approach the briskets in the store and fondle them while moaning the other patrons don't get it. Briskets that fold easily are more tender. Rubbed and ready.
 
Don't care but really looking forward to this ride. Been a very hard week and coming home late in the early hours of the morning from work have thought a lot about it. Really excited about rolling down I-40 East bound. Work a lot and very seldom do i have the chance to just ride for a few days and nothing else. Plus meet up with the few i have met before and a lot that i have not had that opportunity to met yet. Figure it should be good time.
