so for those asking it wasn't storm damage. i had rot repair done to the house 5 years ago and they "forgot" to put flashing around the french doors. pine straw and water accumulated between the siding and the house making a wet sponge, so it rotted out my sub-floor, sill, and all the joists attached to it. about 20ft of the back of my house. we made the discovery while replacing the deck out back. once repaired it raised that end of the house up about 1.5 inches. my insurance doesn't cover crap work. its all fixed now (finished today) but it drained my accounts and loans had to happen.
