@RhinoOK thanks for the feedback. I don’t want to get two shields as I learned with my last Rocket I typically only used one. I couldn’t figure out if Madstad sells only the mounting bracket, so I will start with the shield and see if can live without the adjustability.
After riding on hwy for 45 minutes I can see I don't want to work that hard with oem screen. I don't want to get used to that.
Does anyone have experience with above brand. Size you have, your height, how satisfied you are.
I like how it is attached to the bike, one piece, looks solid. Also a bit wider than others for better protection, not as good for appearance. Thanks in advance!
I had the Powerbronze for approximately 50,000 miles and the Madstad for about 25,000 miles. The Madstad blocks more wind, is sturdier, and is easier to install. Also the Madstad being one piece is much easier to clean. The Powerbronze customer service was outstanding. I dropped the bike at a gas pump breaking the windshield in the process. Powerbronze replaced it even though I told them it was my fault. But of the two I think the Madstad is far superior. My screen is 22" tall and I am 5'9' tall. It has about 2" of adjustment but mine is near the top of its adjustment range. If you are a lot taller you might want to go taller. Oh crud, I now see this was an older post, lol. Never mind.
Been very good so far. Very adjustable. I have it in the lay back position most of the time. That's almost perfect for me, but easy to raise for easy cleaning and more protection in the rain.
Thanks for the pictures and your feedback. I just got my GT this summer trading off my 2015 touring. I'm trying not to muck up the cool look of the bike more than I have to for reasonable comfort. I have both a 20" and 24" Madstad along with the hardware. I run the 24" windshield all the way down and sloped back. It works okay at best, but I am not impressed with the shape and function. It's a nice option but... It also appears to look lower on the left side when looking over the top of it....like the top curvature is cut lower or the overall curvature of the windshield is off.. I'm thinking about bending the left side fingers of the bracket up a bit to elevate the left side as it bugs me. I have been looking at this windshield from Poland. I am not completely satisfied with the Madstad size and shape as I wish it looked more like yours. How tall is the Poland windshield? It looks like you did a good job mounting it and making it work on the Madstad brackets. How does it handle the wind at highway speeds? Any major flexing? Not a cheap fix to try.
I’m running the 7Jurock windscreen on the Madstead adjustable hardware and it works great. I like the recurve that pushes more air over the helmet than the straight shield and had no issues during a recent 2500 mile trip. First 1500 miles along the coast 30-70 mph and the last day was a 1k mile day on the freeway 80 - 95+ mph with no issues. Minor flex when going beyond 110, but I didn’t really push it beyond short bursts and sustained 95 was fine. I have the 22” clear 7Jurock shield and was less expensive for mr with shipping in the US, but is essentially if not exactly the same as the shield from Poland in shape and dimensions.

Thanks for the input and picture. Is it still on the Madstad mounting and how tall is yours? I see they offer 19-22 inches. I'll have to give that a good look next spring. I'm getting windshield poor.

The Madstead hardware makes this the best setup for me because I can dial in the windshield position and have the curved windshield for better air management. The windshield is 22” tall and I moved the Madstead hardware to the tallest setting while keeping it in the laid back position. It will ho higher if I put the windshield in the upright position, but felt it created more negative pressure so keep in the laid back position as seen.
I’m having this one made but in clear, not smoked. Should have it within the next week. Will post pics and review them.
This for longer journeys, will put the smaller back on for shorter rides. I like the wind feel on shorter rides. best wishes

Does Windvest company make a screen for the 2020> R3? I've got one on my old 2010 and they work well, though nothing beats a full fairing like that of a Indian Pursuit /Challenger
