I would think if you're trying to say that "if Power (which the bike has) is knowledge then you must be the smartest biker alive because you have the most powerful bike.
But the way it's written didn't make much sense to me because it should be: "If power is knowledge then I must be the smartest biker alive",
or "if knowledge is power then I must be the most powerful biker alive" which wouldn't make sense in this case because this is not what you're trying to say. The way it's written is a mix of the above.
However, I may have just misunderstood the whole statement which may well be the case

Symmetric property of equality: if A=B, then B=A

thus: if knowledge=power, then power=knowledge

And so...

if rocket = most power, then also rocket = most knowledge.

which means:
Ownership of rocket = ownership of most knowledge and power.
