Find a good strong bar stool (4 or even 8 legged) and buy, steal or beg for it. A quick cut and shut and voila!
If you want to be fancy, add crash protection 'bungs' from eBay for a couple of bucks.

Enough to make 32 sets unless you want to start a "Double Tube" trend for 16 sets
