They are a poofteenth out of warranty period...will call anyway and see what dealer says

Triumph mirrors are a sealed unit. Only way to access the ball joint is through the mirrored glass, you might get the glass out by heating the chrome side with a heat gun as it is held in by a type of hot glue. I will post a pic of one of my ovals with no mirror.

I have a set of the teardrop? alternate style of triumph branded mirrors on my 2014 R3. At highway speeds the left one vibrates so much to make it almost useless. The right one seems fine. Any suggestions? sds

My left side teardrop did the same, I set it where I wanted it then a little epoxy glue ! If you need to move it loosen up your clutch lever and it will move a little. I bought my set Ebay so no Dealer to Go back to ! Not much else to do but buy a new set and it might do the same thing ,or go to a Dealer and ????

I had the same thing happen. Since they were over 5 years old I just pitched them and went back to the stock mirrors.

I'm with the Loctite solution myself. I would use a small amount of the Blue and work it around. It will not set the mirror permanently, but it will increase the friction.

You know what they say. Blue Loctite if you don't want it to move. Green Loctite if you REALLY don't want it to move. Red Loctite if you REALLY REALLY do not want it to move....
