Seems the Hex file installer stopped working that I was using prior to an Android update. Does anybody know of a good Hex file installer app? they are currently using they can recommend? Can't install any new Hex files on my tune ecu.

you don't install hex files. TuneEcu reads those hex files and uploads them to the bike. So if you have TuneEcu installed then that is enough to get the hex file into your bike
