Locking Kick Stand

I haven't heard of one. What's needed and discussed is a shorter kickstand so the bike leans over a bit more.
I wasn't paying attention. The 2.3s already lean over nicely on the stand- it's the 2.5s that are too close to upright. I seriously worry about parking in high winds and whenever the grade is even the least bit uphill on the left. The 2.3s are all set in those respects.

Never heard that term, "locking", applied to my Harley's kickstand before but now understand you are referring to the cam that allows the, "Jiffy Stand"(that's what Harley calls them, believe it or not)to swing an inch or two forwards or backwards if parking on an incline. I hope for your sake you do not find a stand like that for your Rocket. Even though that cam stand works it has caused my heart to skip a beat or two every time my HOG rolls forwards or backwards once the stand is put down. It is SCARY! Follow the excellent advice given here about leaving your bike in 1st gear when parked and you will spare yourself heart trouble. :)

Hey Rockon! That’s the beauty of the HD stand! Trust me! The first time ya roll off your kickstand you’ll wish it was a HD stand. 😇

Never leave a cover on when high winds are forecast. Don't ask me how I know....
