Loading TuneECU and Drivers onto my lap top guidance.

Ok this is what I have ended up in my download file, CDM v2.12.18 WHQL Certified, where do I go from here
Not to be a pain, but there's an instruction sheet for the drivers on the TuneECU site. If you want, pm me and I'll download it and email it to you. You need to unzip that driver file into a folder on your hard drive. Then unplug from the Internet. Open up the device manager so you can see what's going on. Plug the cable in. You will see a new device line in the usb controller list and also one under the com ports/lpt list. The 2.12.18 version ftdi driver needs to be installed in both places. If you go to the new line in each place, you can right click and under properties, find out what driver is loaded. If it's not the ftdi 2.12.18, you need to manually reinstall it from the folder you unzipped the drivers into. This has to be done in the com and usb sections in the device manager because you're using the usb hub to emulate a com port.

Finally succeeded in downloading the driver thanks to dougl messages .
Loaded in the tune Hanso sent me but after clicking on reset adaptions with 15 minutes of idling the TPS light did not come on.
should I have let the motor idling for longer to get the TPS light on. In the past the light has come on after about 10 to 12 minutes.

What do you mean "TPS light did not come on"? On the Android version I use, the TPS is shown as a 0% in a window, no light.
Also, after you loaded the tune, then reset adpt's, did you turn the key off for a few seconds then back on before cranking engine? It needs to cycle key off/on before cranking. And on the 12 minute idle to tune, you need to start counting the 12 min's. after it's warmed up enough for the fan to come on.
I'm no expert though, juss my 2 bits til the experts chime in. ;)

Someone might explain this better but the TPS light is on the Tune ECU screen and comes on when it has reset after the 12 minute tune has been run after loading a tune into the ECU.
In the past it's always come on but not this time.
I will have another look tonight.

Just returned from a 110km ride, no improvement. The bike still hesitate .

I guess it's time to replace the TPS. First where is the TPS located. Then is there a sure method of testing the TPS.

When I snap the throttle open is goes but any turning the throttle slightly at any RPM below 2500 it hesitates. At constant 2000 rpm in 2nd or 3 Rd gear it will surge.

Only 24000kms.

Have you checked if the throttle bodies are balanced and if the TPS voltages are correct? If not, you can adjust it before replacing. The TPS is on the rear end of the throttle body assembly.
