The round ones on the bike annoy me, I find them less than good at showing me what's back there. I don't know if it's the lack of physical size or whatever, but something annoys me about them.

What are the options? Buying some of Triumph's oval ones instead?

Not really interested in lit mirrors or other shenanigans, just want attractive mirrors that fit the cruiser look that have a little better visibility. Anyone have any suggestions?

I replaced mine with a couple from a Yamaha cruiser. I just unscrewed the mirrors from the stems and swapped them over. I wonder if he ever noticed.

Looking at the Kuryakyn Magnum Plus ones now. 5 x 3 inches, so they're not as tiny, and you can get flat glass so it's not like watching ants copulate when you try to see what's happening behind the bike. The oval Triumphs are certainly of interest too I guess.

The Plus model have longer stems, which might be nice (instead of seeing your own arms you see what's behind)...

I think it's funny that you mentioned Magnum and copulate in the same paragraph......

Just a natural word association there I guess.

One of the first items I bought; put them on, haven't had to do anthing else but enjoy using them.

Looks great, though I'd have to get them in chrome for them to look decent.

I have kuryakn magnum with the long stems and they work well

Did you get the convex glass on them or the flat glass, and (whichever you got) are you happy with that choice?
