So - after a bit of a spell from the R3 due to life getting in the way, I finally got back playing with the bike. A while ago I fitted aftermarket clutch and brake levers as the ones on the bike were mismatch and showing fatigue. I now have a weird gear selection problem... I needed to adjust the clutch cable as expected, but here's the thing - without the motor running I can select neutral, 1st & 2nd gears and shift back to neutral fine. Starting the bike in neutral and shifting through the gears is fine but I can't select neutral again after I've shifted out of it... The bike just shifts from 1st to 2nd (or 2nd to 1st). Any ideas what could be causing this?
Now I live in the city, having to hold the clutch in whenever stationary is wearing thin (not to mention a tad unsafe).
