Jumping out of gear - HELP
Glad you were able to get it repaired under warranty. Chris will do you a good turn if he can from my experience.

Glad it worked out for you....I went through a similar problem and ended up having the update kit installed twice...

The first dealer head mechanic at Manayunk Triumph did a half-assed job and missed the actual problem in the transmission and failed to install the entire update kit (too lazy or too incompetent)....only cost me $3600 out of pocket when Triumph corporate ******* walked away from Triumph's original factory defect and left me hanging.

Sounds like I did. Was just the spring with mine and the gear changes are smooth as silk now. Hopefully I'll be right for a while although it happened after 2 years and 35,000km so it could go again in another couple of years I guess.
 
shift problem

Had this happen to me, dealer said a spring broke in the tranny. Triumph compd the parts, but had to pull engine.Labor was around $1,000.00. Ouch.
