He drives a big Tahoe that's all jacked up and just didn't see it in his mirror. The kicker is I am on high risk insurance and don't want to turn it in

He is on high risk or you are? If he hit it, his insurance will pay for it, not yours.

Ok, the cand have some surface rust on the chrome twoard the back. I have beetle bags so I never noticed it. The slsh cuts look a little nicked up and one of the head shields has a stripped bolt it in and looks like it's a little bent. the bent part I didn't notice on the bike. The stripped bolt has been that way since I bought it. You will also need to download a new tune for these as you loose the cat all together.
