Second bike? After a few hundred mile the other bike will be the second bike. You will need a respect for that mass and torque. Take it easy till you know how it performs.

Yes, you're right! I'm thinking about it more now and I don't even have it yet. But I do a lot of heavy traffic filtering so I guess I'll still need my gsr or something similar.

Also remember, if you don't have a dealer nearby, maintenance becomes your responsibility. And finding parts can be an issue.

I do have a dealer in the city and they usually have one or two rockets for sale, but none available for a test ride unfortunately

Yup. Once you get used to riding a Rocket, nothing else will do. And I have (had-whole new story) an older 2010 Touring. Get used to showing it off to other motorcycle enthusiasts!
