It’s feeling a bit rough on applying trottle

Hi. I’m away on my rocket 2005. All was good but it started to feel rough anytime I’m just holding the trottle at cursing speed. And also when low speed the first bit of the trottle is making it rough. It’s hard to explain this but it’s only when using the first bit of trottle

I have an 05 and I had something like that, I replaced the primary TPS and it seemed to fix it, just to be clear I changed out the other about a year prior. Hope this helps.

Ya I was thinking that but I’m away on road trip for a month so may wait till back. It makes it a ***** to ride low speeds in towns

Yep I had that problem also.

Check coil wires
Check vacuum hoses, caps (plugs) if you have modified intake filters
Fuel filter

Sounds like TPS but easy to check coil wires and vacuum

If you're on the road, start with lubricating the throttle linkage assembly w/ some spray lube or WD.

So...... what was it?

I changed fuel filter and plugs then downloaded tune ecu and showed no faults and the numbers were good but did that iscv reset and so far so good. I think it was the reset did it. I am going to replace the TPS just to be sure.
