Issue + fix for Left Handlebar Switchcube assembly Rocket/Street Triple/several other triumph models

To the OP, it would be great if you could list out the part numbers of the parts you used as replacements and where you ordered them from. I've noticed my switch starting to degrade.
SWITCH TACTILE SPST-NO 0.05A 32V

I've already looked for broken assemblies but honestly i could not find anything....
3D Printing might be an Option but will be interesting to keep the Push function working

The tactile Switch itself is okay, but you need kinda bolt, spring Combination under a cap. Do you have a picture for me how it looks with a removed cap?

I see now whats broken now, I dont think so it can be 3d printed, I would not bother about it, depends on your location, see if you can find broken one from a dealership, its very easy to replace, just two plastic tab locks

Yeah this thing is kinda tricky to 3D print... You still need yours right? XD yeah might be an Idea asking different dealerships, but honestly i don't have high hopes cause i think they want me to buy a new switchcube.
Thank you really much for your help!

keep eye on ebay, you may find a broken one as they are almost same across many models just a little bit difference between each model of newer triumph.

I did, i was looking for a cheap switchcube for half a year together with my dad we got creative and we used some industrial glue with plastic particles as filler to bond a aluminum Pipe to it. We just recreated the whole mechanism. The spring is to set back the Press Button. We put a steel pin inside the spring and the spring inside the Pipe. When pressing the button the Pin presses the middle Button - Push function. To fix the top Cap to the Pipe we drilled two long holes. A steelpin is pushed through the top Cap and the aluminum pipe with its Long holes. Long holes for Push function. The spring is pressing against the steel pin of the top Cap. Here the Pictures!
