Goodyear who are now making the Avon tires, have big plans going forward for all their tires. Who knows? maybe there are plans from Triumph to go bigger in HP for the Rocket and i'm sure Goodyear would step up and make a suitable Avon Cobra Chrome tire to suit that....'24 will be interesting.

I found an article on motorcycleoverview.com about the 2024 Rocket. It looks like it's all speculation.
Then they state that "We predict that there will be no significant updates" for next year's bike.

No, you got me. YES I read it. One of the websites stated that a new tune was going in the 2024 Rocket for better performance. I assumed more HP and Torque. There were and still are a few sites that have the 2024 looking completely different also. I was hoping but that's what I get for not checking further into it. I looked for the answer I wanted and stopped looking after I did.
One website is 'Motorcycle Overview' has that info and a goofy pic of the 2024 Rocket.

I told you earlier. I'm not responsible for anything I say. I'm on new meds. (I hope they work this time)
I'm slow. Are you talking about the change in HP from the first gen Rockets? It was my understanding the HP and Torque was increased by a few numbers around 2010 or so about the time they added ABS. I do remember there being discussion about it on here. Someone will chime in hopefully and either prove me right or sadly, wrong again. The strange part is my 05 had a stronger pull than my 14 Rocket but the 14 ran way smoother. Cheers.
