Is this Antifreeze in the Oil?

Yes, I've seen that in the lower units of outboard motors.

But he's asking if green AF will float on top of oil.

And, it seems like my Rocket coolant is blue.

i am coming on a little late and you have been given some god ideas. some of my ideas is
antifreeze sinks to the bottom because it is heavier than oil. if it goes through the oil pump it will mix up like warp said. usually if you loosen the drains to get a few drops the antifreeze will come out first.
if you take paper or cardboard strip dip it into the sample that you think is antifreeze and set it on fire if it has antifreeze it kind of pops and sizzles. you could do a test with a drop of water and oil on a test strip. don't burn down your garage.
antifreeze may take out your friction clutches.

Here's a picture of the right side of the engine where the a seal is coming out. I'm not sure if this is the head gasket or if it's just some other seal, so maybe someone could enlighten me. What I do know is that its coming out and its leaking.

No that is the cam cover gasket or if we were talking cars the valve cover gasket. only oil will leak out from there. You can probably save it just open her up and add some permatex or hylarmar to the gasket surface berfore you put her back together. keep an eye on the whole gasket when you running the bolts down. Of course if it is under warranty or a Triumph dealer just had their tech do soem work on it they should cover it.
