Arrived today.

I now understand why the ooh and ahh over rebands. Very nice quality pipes, they were, at one point, polished finish and need some elbow grease to revive, but I think I can restore their original luster easily enough.

My guess was correct, the dent does not reach the baffle inside, so, if there is any performance impact it'll be immeasurably small and only relevant at very high HP.
