This what I did today so Samco may now be a fall project. New crash bars and a Jack b quick did not want to play well together. Ended up being a 4 hour project with another $20 spent in hardware. The Jack b Quick didn't fit for ****.

Very easy with a 1/4 inch extension. Leave it out when filling an empty system. When the fluid comes out the hole, stop, install screw, don't over tighten, and finish topping off

Just curious how much of that bike is disassembled?

Everything. Jerked the motor from my 2010 touring (crash bike), to put in my 2007 Standard. The 2007 has tranny problems. It might be a project for a build next winter. I like what numbers @DrD got for no head work. Gota lot of pipe dreams
