Thank you guys. The engine light is on, but as I don't have a tuneECU cannot read the codes (that is next on my shoping list). Not sure about compression test as the initial problem is WHY injectors overflowing so badly?

I believe you next choice would be to read the engine codes either via the software recommended or throw her on a trailer and take it to a auto parts store and have them plug into it. Of course if you have access to a compression tester it will not hurt to check. But before I put my foot in my mouth have you also checked the plugs. I was wondering it they were wet and fouled? Since yours is a 06 are you aware of whether it had the update kit installed in it? How many miles do you have on her? IS anything blowing from the rear engine crank vent? It would either be dumping in the air box if you still have the OEM breather on her or in the little filter on the back of the engine if you have some sort of modified air intake.

Hi guys. Found the problem and unfortunately for me, now I need a new ECU (ECM). Apears that somebody for some reason was inside the ECU and did not seal it properly. Water got inside and did the damage. Now I have another question for you guys, does anyone changed ECU on their bikes and do you need to buy a speedometer and ECU together ( because of the immobiliser) if I decide to go with second hand ECU?

Donny you do not need to buy a speedo with the ECU. You have a 06 so yours is the older ecu anyone from 2004 to 2009 will work. Last week I seen two on E-bay for about 250 bucks each. not sure if they are there still or not but I would look if I were you as a new one will make you feel like you were raped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The alarm stuff hooks into the main harness up top. The plug in is located close to the #2 coil. Just plug her in and load you tune and run her.
