Inexpensive Starter Replacement

Missed that part and had to initiate the “upset recovery” procedure (as usual).

I also doubled the negative cable and installed the Eastern Beaver relay kit. That starter’s a beast. Now she starts like a champ!

Do this cheap easy mod, you will not be sorry.

Sadly that part number doesn't seem to mean much in UK so trying to find the equivalent here
 
Frank, the guy who makes the starter repair kits will know. I'd certainly call him. Maybe he can repair/upgrade it for you.
