Ian H Triumph rocket 3 ftc 2020 remapping through TuneECU

Hi, I've had my Triumph rocket 3 tfc for about a year now & I'm going to try & remap it using TuneECU.
My bike is a 69 plate 2020. Forgive me im new to this, does anyone know the correct map number for my bike? Or do I just download mine & adjust the figures in ETV3?

It will be based upon your model type (R or GT) and VIN in TuneECU.
