A bolt on that seems to work by making your map richer, ( if it's right beforehand),will just make you go slower. The bike will bog on the throttle & all you'll do is waste fuel.
 
These nonsensical BS items never cease to amaze me! If you want that much HP, put a set of Jars on it with a Power Commander. It will cost a bit more, however.
Here is a link to the website in which you are told, very clearly, that it gives you a "richer" mixture by "fooling" your ECU (which is designed to give as close to a perfect ratio as possible)...Is this what you want??
This is BS for the naive. Snake oil gives it too much credit.
