I said I wouldn't do it again but here I am

The big bike i can tell them, the big guy,, well that will be hard to do:D

i have a question guys.....

i used to ride sportbikes and i like to corner my rocket pretty aggressivly.
id like to hear from some rocket owners who have gone darkside and corner their bikes well.
my concern is that a car tire wont give any warning when you have reached its cornering limit. it wasnt designed to corner on its sidewalls. not sure how that section of the tire warms up either.

if i was to go darkside, i would probably opt for an R compound tire, however im not sure if i could warm that up sufficiently for the street. if not r compound then a high performance road tire.
again, the compounds they use for car tires and m/c tires are different for a reason.

Like you I came from Sports bikes go for a car tyre that is rated 320 or less on the wear rateing that will get you a sticky tyre I am running a Toyo Proxes T1R it is rated at 280 and believe me I have gone harder even to the point of getting the the tyre starting to power slide you feelit go gradual and it is easy to controll in the same corners at same speed the Mezt was spinning up under less power with limited control. In Short The Car tyre will be hanging on well after the Metz is in the bush
