How can I ever trust my r3t?

I'm betting that he now has this somewhat in control - at least, I hope he does!

If I thought the way that many of the posters seem to feel, I'd give Triumph a wide berth. They sound like amateur hour to hear this forum tell it.

I do think he was getting his chain yanked by the dealer ... but he really got his nose rubbed in it by asking about it here.

I sure hope that he didn't feel that I was rubbing salt into his open wound. It angers me when dealerships, all of which should be about customer service, first and foremost, forget about that cardinal rule, especially if it's a fellow Rocket III captain that's getting the short end of the stick.

No one was rubbing anyones nose in it. I for one was attempting to help him avoid the headache and disappointment of dealing with that particular dealership. I know online reviews are a hot item but one must remember that the reviews posted about a dealership may not be legit, My personal experience with that dealership was nightmare and all they worked on was replacing a back tire. Good dealerships and bad dealerships get a lot of attention on this site.

WE HAVE SOME GOOD DEALERS in our area so all this dealer bashing is way overdone i dont think any of the bad dealers are around anymore so why bring them up its just concentrating on old negative crap that dosent exist anymore ,
