If it makes you feel any better I had to drop mine off at Spitzie"s yesterday. On Friday I went to take it out for gas to head up to Lake George this weekend and I got nothing from the fuel pump or starter button and no neutral light, turned the key off and on flipped the kill switch a couple of times tried it with the kickstand up and down and clutch in and out. Lights, and horn work all the fuses are good, charged battery overnight, still nothing from fuel pump or starter and no neutral light [and I know it's in neutral]. Showed up at Spitzie's and low and behold what do I see????? the factory Demo Rig. I didn't have my jeep in park before there was two factory reps standing next to my trailer asking if I needed help getting it off and inside, one of whom I know has been working the tour rig for a few years because I talk to him at Americade or Laconia every year. That's the Triumph family spirit and the motorcyclist family in general I love. I just hope they can get it fixed before I'm supposed to leave for Laconia Saturday morning

Hopefully it's nothing too serious. Let us know what was causing the issues.

I agree the Triumph guys seem like good decent people. I enjoyed talking with them.

Have fun at Laconia.

Don

I need to thank Spitzie's for fitting me in without an appointment and saving my trip to Laconia. It appears that I need to study the tuneboy manual some more before trying to load a tune again. they only charged me 2 hours labor and they detailed the bike! Hell it was worth it to have a clean bike.
